The principals of Frederkind Construction LLC have more than fifty years of combined experience in the design and construction industry and we bring all of that experience to the benefit of our customers and the users of our built environments.

We have become known for our commitment to quality and dedication to getting projects completed on time, and on budget.

Our primary philosophy is that we do not build for us…we build for you!

Design-Build

Benefiting from our in-house architectural design team, Frederkind Construction is able to provide Design-Build Services under a single contract, with a single point-of-contact and responsibility.

Under the Design-Build project delivery method, we provide continuous value engineering options that offer our clients the best possible value for their investment, thus ensuring streamlined delivery more quickly and with minimal conflict.
